Worked with the sales staff, finance manager and manager during our research and shopping for our new adventure-mobile. They all worked with us to find what we were looking for down to the last detail; professional, courteous and understanding throughout the process. We were provided the information we requested prior to our visit in order to narrow down the selection by the sales team. After arriving we were warmly welcomed and given a tour of those vehicles that we thought might meet our needs and then shown some additional possibilities. They provide information and insights about the various vehicles that made it extremely easy for us to narrow it down to to that final selection. The finance manager worked with us to explore our options and settle in on a path that we felt comfortable with in order to finance our new machine. The manager went above and beyond to watch over the entire process and ensure we were comfortable not only with the adventure-mobile but with the process and how we were treated. our Internet Sales Rep, Zach Roberson at the Lake Park, GA location started our phenomenal search and purchase of our new Grand Design Imagine Travel Trailer. I reached him through an RVT.com search. he reached out by phone, text and email. He had exactly what we were looking for. It was used and I was leery about buying sight unseen. Especially with a 4 hour drive from home. He checked it over top to bottom, sent me a very detailed video and answered all my questions. We got the right price and secured with a down payment.
When we arrived for our appointment, the RV was spotlessly clean and exactly as Zach had described. TJ walked us through all the systems and had it all turned on and ready. He answered all our questions and assured us our vehicle was perfect to tow. Keith handled the paperwork and sale and made everything very easy.

I called another dealer for a part, when I got there from an hour away, no part, I called A&L they had the part waiting for me, installed the part and all is well, next day discovered a problem with the shower hose connection, took it to them and they showed me the right way to fix, no parts needed.all fixed! - Mike
Donna North is a excellent sales agent. She sold me my 2017 Isata3 and it was the best experience ever. I wasn’t planning on trading my 2007 RoadTrek, I was actually getting my RoadTrek serviced and Donna introduced herself. I asked if she had any class B’s on the lot, and she said “yes”. Larry and I have owned RVs for over 10 years. During that time, we bought 3 RVs, so we’ve been to 3 different RV dealers. However, the newest one, bought from A & L, has been the least stressful and most fun of all the dealers we have gone through. My Wife and I bought a 21 ft travel trailer from A&L two yrs ago and then traded it in a B+ 30 ft motor Home. The people there from start to finish in both transactions were the best and treated us like Family and made us very comfortable, especially Andy and Kelly. When someone damaged our trailer in Alaska, A&L took care of all the damage (rear Bumper) and handled the insurance part also. We have owned several used RV trailers over the years, and when in to look at new ones at A&L. We were greeted at the door by our salesmen James, and I want to say at no point in time till we left with our new RV did I ever feel the slightest bit of pressure. James took an amazing amount of time showing and explaining everything, literally hundreds of questions, after deciding on one the Solaire by Palomino 317BHSK we filled out paperwork to see about financing, and let me tell you these units are so well made they finance out for a long time, making the payments very affordable, I was pleasantly surprised. After hearing about there lifetime warranty it was a no-brainer to buy from these folks, everyone was so nice, James even bought my wife and I a Yeti can coosie. They take all the time to teach you everything you need to know when you pick up your RV, and there store is well stocked with all the essential as well as really cool accessories. Took delivery today of a brand new Solaire by Palomino 317BHSK RV Trailer. Our salesmen James was awesome, I have never had a better sales experience, there was never any pressure we never felt like we were being sold. James took an abundance of time and showed us many models and even left us to browse on our own, and they have a lot of selection. When we did the paperwork to purchase, I realized that these units are so well built they finance them for a longer time making the payments low and very affordable. When James told us about the lifetime warrant we knew they were gonna be our RV dealer. I bought a Vengeance toy hauler here a couple months ago and on first trip the ramp made a popping sound when unloading RZR and a few other small defects were found. I called A&L middle of June and made an appointment for July 5 for them to look at my punch list of items that needed attention. Due to work conflict and weather, I couldn’t make my appointment til July 6th I took it in this morning expecting to leave it a couple weeks for repairs since that seems the normal time frame for RV shops. They worked me in and fixed everything they could that didn’t need special parts ordered while I waited..New ramp and fueling station
relocation kit are ordered from the factory but I can camp til those come in. I dealt with Carla and Andy both during the purchase and was well satisfied with the deal.
